Do you shoot destination weddings?
I’ve never shot a destination wedding and have wanted to! If you have one coming up I’d love to learn more!
Will there be a second shooter?
No. I’m the one and only with From Her Heart Photography!
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes definitely. I will have the ability to send an invoice or accept payment at the time of your session for this extension.
What kind of gear do you use?
I have my amazing Nikon D5200 and my eye for photos!
Do I have to order prints through you?
No. I give you the opportunity and discount to order through me but each session is given print release. You’ll have the permission to get prints outside my business.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes! I require a 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking to secure the date of your session! Than the remaining 50% is due the week before your session.
Can we meet before booking?
Yes, absolutely! I want to make sure I’m aware of your likes and dislikes and details correctly. This meeting can be through Zoom, FaceTime or in-person depending on your preference.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
If the client must cancel a session, the deposit fees are non refundable. If the session must be rescheduled, this needs to be communicated at least 48 hours before the shoot. The new date is not official until it’s reviewed and approved by photographer. If the photographer needs to cancel, a full refund is given along with any deposits paid.
Do you offer studio work?
I do not have a personal studio but I do have the opportunity to rent one local. If you’re interested in studio space please allow 48 hours to book a space!
What should we wear for our photos?
I have to say be yourself! Be comfortable but mindful of the setting and tone. If you need help picking out your outfit, please reach out to me for guidance!
How many images will we receive?
You’ll expect the amount in the package promised. There is always the possibility I’ll provide extra images.
